Homemade Baked Potato Chips Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

The oven is a must in this cooking process. But instead of a slicer, you can use other tufts like vegetable cutting knives. You just have to make the slice as thin as possible. In case of making the slices thin, a ⅛ inch slicer will be best.

Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt as per taste

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Slicer ⅛ inch

  • Bowl

  • Baking Sheet

Directions

  • Preheat your oven around 350-400 degrees.
  • Slice the potatoes with the slicer. Ensure a thin slicing. The thin slice of potato will increase the crispness.
  • Put these potato slices into a bowl of normal water. The water will remove the starchiness of potato slices. And it will help to be crispy.
  • Rinse the slices and put them over the dry towel to make them totally dry. You can use a tissue to remove water from the chips.
  • Now again put them into a bowl and add ¼ teaspoon paprika powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, Salt (as per taste), and 1 teaspoon olive oil. (for two medium-size potatoes)
  • Mix all these ingredients manually and ensure they mix properly.
  • Place the slices in a single layer. And put them into the oven. Now, wait for 15-20 minutes.

  • Wear hand gloves to avoid any

The total process is very short. This time and ingredients are arranged according to my need. If you use more than 2 potatoes then you have to increase the proportion of the ingredients. When you will start making them, you will use them according to your needs.
