Step 1: This is mainly a mixing process. First, take a medium-size bowl. The bowl will be used to mix many elements.

Step 2: Take 1.5 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, and 1 tablespoon old bay. The lemon should be fresh and it should not be over squeezed. Gently press the lemon and bring some juice.

Step 2: Now you have to add 1/4 bread crumbs, 2 TBSP fresh minced parsley with the meat. Do this carefully.

Step 3: Now you have to add the crab mix that we made just before. You have to add 1 cup of crab mix 2 or 3 times. You have been aware that the mix should not be very wet. The wet mix may create problems in making cakes.

Step 4: Mix them very carefully. You have to use your hands to combine the elements. If you fail to mix them gently then the crab meat will be broken into pieces and your cake will not be the best one.

Step 5: Now the process of making lump cakes with that mix by rolling or tossing with your hand. If your mix broke apart then you can add some more bread crumbs in the mix.

Step 6: Sprinkle these cakes lightly with paprika and top with a dab of butter.

Ingredients
